Welcome to the Fit Fatty Forum, we’re glad you’re here! This forum was started by two fit fatties - Jeanette DePatie and Ragen Chastain - to be a space where people who are interested in fitness from a Health at Every Size® perspective can connect, get support, and make friends. People of all sizes, ages, abilities, and activities have a place here. You can participate in discussions, check out our photo gallery and video channel and add your own, and get answers to your questions from experts at Ask a Fit Fatty.
The Fit Fatties Forum is an intentionally inclusive space. ·Pro-Weight Loss Surgery, Pro-Diet Talk, Weight Loss Solicitation is strictly prohibited! Fit Fatties promotes the HAES approach of “Health At Every Size”(R). Promoting diet, weight loss, or weight loss surgery is prohibited. While we respect the rights of all individuals to foster their own views, Fit Fatties regards dieting and diet-talk as both unhealthy and as a disparagement against fat folks. (Please note: Forum members are welcome to discuss these topics, as long they refrain from promoting them in any way.)
